Sunny Spells & April Showers

Spring has officially begun, daffodils are blooming and the sun is shining… well for most of the time anyway, the rest of the time we are finding ourselves dodging those pesky April showers, its proving a right nuisance and making choosing an outfit a bit of a nightmare really!

Well never fear we have great tips for dressing for this time of year, summer floral dresses and tops are great, paired with a lightweight cardy for warmth. When those clouds look to start gathering have your lightweight mac to hand, with a hood preferably! If you’re not a hood kind of girl there are some great umbrellas in the shops, really pretty decorative brolly’s that are certain to make a statement in the rainfall!

For footwear you have lots of choices, pumps are nice but not so great in the puddles, so try to plan ahead, will you be doing a lot of walking around? If so pair your floral dress with tights and ankle boots!
